01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the okbajee platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and okbajee. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the okbajee platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by okbajee, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game play, bonus participation, and customer support interactions. 02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active okbajee account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change — particularly your payment method or contact information — you must update your okbajee account promptly. Okbajee is not responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

• Do not allow any other person to access or use your okbajee account.
• Do not register a second account if you already have an active okbajee account.

Okbajee uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. If a duplicate is identified, both accounts will be closed and all balances — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the duplication.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Okbajee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your okbajee account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your okbajee account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 15 minutes, contact okbajee support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Okbajee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. 05 Bonuses and Promotions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses on okbajee are subject to a wagering requirement. • Bonuses are credited to your okbajee account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions.

• Bonuses that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on okbajee use independently certified random number generators (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel and represents the theoretical long-term return across all players — it does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Game results on okbajee are final once confirmed by the game server. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, okbajee will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the game provider's rules. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to your okbajee balance.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Okbajee cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any activity on the platform that is suspected to involve criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated account information will be provided upon lawful request.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Okbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okbajee reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to okbajee or other players.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion.

If your okbajee account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms and Conditions, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is complete. Bonus balances and associated winnings will not be returned in cases of closure due to Terms violations.

You may close your okbajee account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method.

09 Responsible Gaming

The okbajee name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the okbajee brand in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

Okbajee provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, okbajee does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime or technical faults beyond okbajee's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions during game play.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.

In no event shall okbajee's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By registering on okbajee, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13 Governing Law
